REVIEW NOTES:
Bright orange. Thin and Tangy, Sweet with light fruit notes. Heat is immediate and mild to medium. *The 1st ingredient is apple cider vinegar. That’s apparent. The acidity is like a first pass over the taste buds, preparing them for the heat. It’s low in salt -makes it good on salty foods. I Didn’t love it on plain avocado, but great on scrambled eggs, (salt and butter!) and also pizza. Really added a nice dimension to this week’s gazpacho.
