Lola’s Fine Hot Sauces
Lynn Miller Sings The Kinks!
This week!! Bloody Mary Concerts- The Mastersons and Whitmore Sisters!
Todays’ episode is fueled by La Crosse Distillery’s Organic Field Notes Vodka, whose corn-based vodka is just that, 100% Midwestern organic yellow dent corn. Besides the yeast and enzymes they use to break down the sugars in the corn, there’s nothing else used to make this spirit. It is double-distilled and filtered for an easy finish.

Onto the Ingredients:
Nothin but good stuff here!
The Taste:
On its own the mix is dark and intense. The first impression is a sweet and savory blending. Then a tartness emerges, along with some interesting spice- among them: Tamarind. This may be a nod to the CEO’s Pakistani heritage. (Father’s side) There are lots of flavors packed in here and we like them all. This isn’t a light recipe that you’d drink all day on the golf course. It’s more like a meal. Our chaser really helped us enjoy the experience.
The Chaser: Potosi Czec style
Adding Vodka:
Adding vodka didn’t have a significant impact of the flavor except to bring the sweetness out a bit.
Retail Cost: $9.99
Summary:
We loved it. We recommend it!
Entertainment: Lynn sings a song that has nothing to do with Lola’s Fine Hot Sauce! LOL
