Simon’s Secret Sauce Review

Simon’s Secret Sauce

INTRO:  Welcome to the award winning, Nationally syndicated My Big Fat Bloody Mary podcast where you will never drink alone.Special hello to our new listeners! We are coming to you from the studios of the Bloody Mary Concert Series and we are being fueled by the La Crosse Distilling Co.’s Field Notes Vodka, whose corn-based vodka is just that- 100% Midwestern organic yellow dent corn. Besides the yeast and enzymes they use to break down the sugars in the corn, there’s nothing else used to make this spirit. It is double-distilled and filtered for a nice easy finish.  Indicated for the treatment of moderate to severe sobriety.

I’m Greg Tooke, your host and joining me today…

Intro Guest: Use nickname like Garlic Boy or Creamy

Company(s) We Review : Simon’s Secret Sauce

Company Story: ABOUT SIMON

Graduated from University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management and a focus on Food and Beverage. Worked in the restaurant business for 21 years – started when I was 15 years old and it always felt like the right industry for me. The last nine years I have been the Director of Operations for Alliance Hospitality Group, which owns Coral Tree Cafe and Comoncy. I have been wanting to open up my own restaurant for a few years, but the timing has not felt right. During COVID, I had more time to cook, and I made this vegan sauce from scratch – My wife, Mona,  gave me the idea to bottle and sell them and it has taken off!
